Tribus, led by winemaker Paul Thomas, is a Barossa-based project created by three families with a shared goal: to craft wines that bring people together and create moments worth remembering. Rooted in the Barossa yet drawing fruit from across South Australia, Tribus produces wines that are fresh, approachable and expressive of their sites.

Paul’s thoughtful, hands-on approach has seen him recognised as a 2025 Young Gun of Wine Finalist, placing Tribus among the most exciting new names in the Australian wine landscape.

This event reflects our relaxed AC-DC vine to glass approach, with stories from Paul, wines poured with intent and artisan cheeses to match. Guests will enjoy a curated line-up of Tribus releases in the intimate setting of Adelaide’s East End.
