East End wine bar Septimus is a two-storey Adelaide venue set inside the historic East End Market buildings. By candlelight, artisan cheeses and thoughtful charcuterie meet a deep list of French and Australian wines from our extensive cellar, including back vintages and small allocations. We curate by varietal, region and producer so every pour tells a story and every visit becomes a guided learning experience. Through trusted relationships with winemakers, grape growers and cheesemakers from the Adelaide Hills to Alsace, we bring rare releases and seasonal favourites to the city.
