Settle in out of the cold. Septimus welcomes Hoffmann Family Vineyards back to the East End for a Sunday afternoon pop up built around the Barossa estate’s fortified range.
Matt Lehmann of Hoffmann Family Vineyards will be pouring through the HFV fortifieds, the rich, warming wines made for winter, and talking through how they are crafted and aged. Pour your way through the range at the bar, match them with cheese and charcuterie from our kitchen, and take home a bottle or two for the winter weather.
