DESCRIPTION:The South Australian Wine Options League: The 2026 Championship\nBe part of the inaugural season of the South Australian Wine Options League (SAWOL) — our new monthly blind tasting championship. This is your chance to prove your palate\, compete against Adelaide’s best\, and be crowned the 2026 SAWOL Champion. \nHow The Night Works:\nHeld on the first Monday of every month\, each event features six wines served completely blind in four brackets (one sparkling\, two whites\, two reds\, one special wine). For each wine\, you will score points by guessing: \n\nGrape Variety (5 Points)\nRegion (3 Points)\nVintage (2 Points)\n\nEach category will feature four multiple-choice options. We’ll award prizes to the top performers of the night. \nThe 2026 Championship:\nThis is the official league. The season runs for 11 months (February – December 2026). The 2026 Champion will be the participant with the highest cumulative score from their best nine events\, allowing you to miss two nights without penalty. The annual winner will be awarded a grand prize and the SAWOL perpetual trophy. \n\nCost: $40 per person.\nPrizes: Great prizes are awarded to the winners on the night\, plus the annual championship trophy.\nBook Now: Seats are strictly limited to 24 to ensure a great experience. DESCRIPTION:Sunday afternoons on Grenfell Street are better with a dog under the table. On the first and third Sunday of every month we put water bowls out on the footpath tables and along the Market Archway bench\, and your dog gets a treat on arrival. \nYou get the usual Septimus Sunday: wine by the glass\, cheese\, charcuterie\, and a few hours of doing not very much in the East End. \nDogs stay outdoors\, so you will need an outdoor table. When you book\, choose either Grenfell Street Tables or Market Archway Bench Seating. Indoor seating cannot take dogs\, and a booking in the wrong area will need to be moved on arrival\, which on a full Sunday may mean waiting. Owners are welcome inside once the dog is settled outside. \nFree to attend. Bring the neighbours. \nBOOK AN OUTDOOR TABLE

DESCRIPTION:Hoffmann fruit ends up in a lot of other people’s famous bottles. Torbreck\, Sami-Odi\, Chris Ringland\, John Duval\, Spinifex\, Head. The family has farmed at Ebenezer in the northern Barossa since 1857\, and for most of that history the best of it has gone out the gate under someone else’s label. \nOn Sunday 23 August\, Matt Lehmann brings four of their own back in as part of the Adelaide Cellar Door Collective. Two new releases alongside the two Hoffmann wines that have earned a permanent place on our list. \n\n2021 Church Block Grenache\, new release\n2021 Mickan Block Shiraz\, new release\n2020 Durif Shiraz\n2023 Field Blend GSM\n\n\nAll four as a tasting flight\, half pours\, served with cheese and charcuterie. From 2pm through to 5pm. $50 per person\, booked in advance. Cellar door pricing applies on the day if you want to take something home\, and Matt is there to talk through the blocks the fruit came from. \nTwenty four seats only.
