DESCRIPTION:The South Australian Wine Options League: The 2026 Championship\nBe part of the inaugural season of the South Australian Wine Options League (SAWOL) — our new monthly blind tasting championship. This is your chance to prove your palate\, compete against Adelaide’s best\, and be crowned the 2026 SAWOL Champion. \nHow The Night Works:\nHeld on the first Monday of every month\, each event features five wines served completely blind in three brackets (two whites\, two reds\, one special wine). For each wine\, you will score points by guessing: \n\nGrape Variety (5 Points)\nRegion (3 Points)\nVintage (2 Points)\n\nEach category will feature four multiple-choice options. We’ll award prizes to the top performers of the night. \nThe 2026 Championship:\nThis is the official league. The season runs for 11 months (February – December 2026). The 2026 Champion will be the participant with the highest cumulative score from their best nine events\, allowing you to miss two nights without penalty. The annual winner will be awarded a grand prize and the SAWOL perpetual trophy. \n\n 	 \nCost: $40 per person.\n 	 \nPrizes: Great prizes are awarded to the winners on the night\, plus the annual championship trophy.\n 	 \nBook Now: Seats are strictly limited to 24 to ensure a great experience.
