Though he once vowed never to return to farming\, he accepted stewardship of the family vineyards in the early 2000s and has since expanded and modernised operations\, managing over 120 hectares and cultivating classic Barossa varieties like Shiraz\, Grenache\, and Mataro. \nThe legacy continues with his son\, Byron Hoffmann\, already deeply involved in the vineyard. Adrian fondly recalls a moment when four generations—himself\, his father\, grandfather\, and a young Byron—picked grapes together side by side. \n\nThe Experience\nThis event embraces a relaxed “AC-DC vine to glass” approach.
