Join us at Septimus, House of Cheese & Wine for the Adelaide Cellar Door Collective featuring Hoffmann Family Vineyards.

The Hoffmann name is synonymous with Barossa Shiraz. Adrian Hoffmann, a sixth-generation Barossan, manages over 135 hectares of premium vineyards in the northern Barossa, including historic blocks planted in the 1880s. Adrian’s reputation as a grower is unmatched, supplying fruit to many of Australia’s most celebrated wines.

Working alongside him is his son Byron Hoffmann, who represents the next generation of the family. Together, they continue the tradition of producing exceptional Shiraz while exploring varieties such as Grenache, Mataro, Cabernet Sauvignon and emerging reds.

This event reflects our relaxed AC-DC vine to glass approach — sharing Adrian and Byron’s vineyard stories, pouring wines with character, and pairing them with artisan cheeses in a convivial setting.
